Drip rack

NTF has developed a flexible and efficient solution for dehydration after pasteurization. The solution ensures that the packages are dry at the time of labeling, but it can also be used for the cooking and pasteurization process itself.

The drip tray and the associated lid are manufactured to customer specifications.

The compartmentalization is adapted to the individual gaskets so that they stand securely - without falling. The advantage of using a grate solution rather than a basket with compartments is the flexibility, as the compartments are made on a lid, which is placed on a suitable bottom grate.

If there are different pack sizes, it will only be necessary to replace the lid, while the bottom grate can be used all-round and also for other purposes.
