Sausage rack - half

The sausage grid is particularly suitable for horizontal cooking/smoking of sausages and hams, which subsequently need to be/can be sliced. The grates are adapted exactly to the actual sausage diameter and are designed to optimally protect the sausages. On this product, there is a real focus on hygiene, as there are no dirt-collecting places on the grid.

The example shown is designed for use on smoke stick trolleys, as it can be fixed in the smoke stick carriers.
